Where the heck are you, anyway?
We're in Chicago, Illinois, tucked away in the bustling neighborhood of Lincoln Square.

Can I come to the studio?
Of course; we'd be happy to meet with you to discuss a special project. Please call the studio at 773 878 4475 (or email us) to make an appointment.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we do. For full information about our wholesale products and pricing, please submit your business information, and we'd be happy to send our stockists' kit.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our personalized products, there are no returns or refunds for bespoke work of any kind, +weddings products, or +babies products. Pre-made pieces, such as our notecards and greeting cards offered in the +occasions section, may be returned in their original packaging (unopened) for a refund. Are bespoke invitations a lot more expensive than the collection?
That depends. If you are looking for letterpress invitation suites mounted to silk velvet, then it's probable. If you want something simple, maybe not. We'd be happy to sit down with you, either in person or by phone and discuss your ideas, options, and budget, if you've got one. Consultations are complimentary, and may be scheduled at your convenience. Please email us to make an appointment, or if you have specific questions - we'd be happy to answer them.

Will you recreate something I saw by another designer?
While we are all for being inspired by something that's out there, we will not copy another designer's work. If you've seen something that's perfect for you, we recommend that you contact the company or designer directly. This also goes for illustrative elements - for example, you see a wrapping paper with the perfect bird illustration. We cannot (legally or ethically) copy, recreate, or use that image without the original owner's permission.

I have questions about invitation etiquette. Do you have a resource?
Yes! Richelle Albrecht (the owner of the company) is the invitation etiquette expert for About.com, and has compiled a vast amount of information on that topic. We've included some of the most frequently-asked questions on our website as a free resource.

I'm not totally sure how my invitation should read, but I want to place my order. What should I do?
If you're placing your order through one of our +weddings stockists, discuss your situation with your stationer. He or she is likely an expert, having worked with many couples and their families. If you'll be ordering directly from us because there isn't a stockist near you, we would be happy to discuss your situation and make suggestions. When you submit your order, simply add "please advise" in the space for invitation wording, and we will contact you to discuss it in detail.

Do you send out samples?
Yes - you may order samples directly from our sample page.
